Outcome Analysis charts enable people to understand the results of 360° Feedback Surveys

There are three requirements for Spider Plot charts

  1. There must be a minimum of two Multiple Choice subgoals that use Shared Lists

  2. The Multiple Choice sub goals that use Shared Lists must belong to the same Outcome Goal

  3. The Multiple Choice sub goals that use Shared Lists must be part of the same Survey

Getting started with Spider Plot charts

  1. Create Multiple Choice subgoals that use Shared Lists

  2. Add those Multiple Choice subgoals to the same Outcome

  3. Add those Multiple Choice subgoals to a survey

  4. Activate the display of Spider Plot charts

  5. Send the survey to your contacts' witnesses

  6. Analyse survey results using Spider Plot charts

What are Spider Plot outcome charts?

Technical Information

Spider Plot outcome charts enable you to see story_indicator_beneficiary data for all the indicators within one outcome. Each outcome will appear as its own Spider Plot chart; this is why it is called a Spider Plot outcome chart.

In the example below there are two Outcomes:

  • “Animal Outcome” which contains three Scale Indicators called Elephant, Tiger and Horse

  • “Country” which contains three Scale Indicators called India, Sri Lanka and Pakistan

In the image above, the Spider Plot displays a coloured line for each story about each beneficiary that has story_indicator_beneficiary data from the Scale Indicators within those Outcomes
