Crib Sheet checklist

These are the items to include in a Crib Sheet that you create:

1. Header: include the title of the Crib Sheet

2. Footer: include

   1. reference to Makerble,

   2. the client organisation,

   3. page number

   4. page count

3. Sections to include in the body of the document

   1. Table of Contents: insert a table of contents that updates automatically

   2. Introduction: introduce the purpose of the Crib Sheet

   3. Process Diagram: a diagram showing how all the steps fit together

   4. Shortcuts: include shortcuts to relevant Makerble items that are referred to

      1. Survey templates

      2. Survey campaigns

      3. Project pages

      4. Outcomes

      5. Lists

   5. Setup steps: include the setup steps that need to be completed by a Superuser (probably you!) before the instructions in this crib sheet can be carried out

   6. Step-by-step instructions for each of the stages outlined in the Process Diagram

   7. Where to go for additional help

      1. Include links to relevant parts of the User Guide that relate to the functionality described in the Crib Sheet

      2. Include the email address of the Superuser(s) in the client organisation who will be trained to provide guidance to end users on this area of functionality
