What are Survey Campaigns?

• To collect survey responses, a survey needs to be added to a project

• Whenever a survey is added to a project, a Survey Campaign is created

• Each of your surveys can be added to several projects - which is why a single survey can have several Survey Campaigns

Get started with managing Surveys

Access the Manage Surveys page

1. Select My Apps in the top menu

2. Scroll across until you see the Surveys button

3. Select SurveysIn the Side Menu, select Survey

4. Click the Master Survey option

5. You arrive on the Manage Surveys page.

6. It has three levels that you can look at

   • My Surveys: these are the surveys that you personally own or have added to your favourites

   • My Organisation’s Surveys: these are surveys owned by your organisation and/or used on your organisation’s projects

   • My Project’s Surveys: these are surveys used on that specific project. This page loads for a single project at a time

7. Use the Manage Surveys For Survey Used By toggle to go to the library containing the survey you want to edit.

8. If the survey is owned by your organisation, select the name of your organisation in the dropdown list

9. The title of the page changes to reflect the library you are now in

10. It has two view modes:

    • Grid Tiles view (the default view)

    • List Tables view (the detailed view)

11. Switch to List view

13. Use the page numbers

14. Click the survey name you want to look. It will load the Survey Profile page of that survey

15. Or you can switch to Tables view to look at more details of the survey

16. Use the Load More button at the bottom of the page table to load more survey and find the survey one you want to add questions tolook at

17. Click the name of that survey, shown in blue

18. You arrive on that survey’s template profile page

19. Click More Options in the header menu of the survey and select Edit

    Set the Questions option

20. You arrive on the Edit survey template page

21. Add or edit the questions how you want and click on Save at to save the changes
