You can create your own event states Guest Statuses to track a guest’s journey through your event registration process.

  • The default event state is Invited

Steps

  1. Select My Apps in the top menu

  2. The My Apps tray appears

  3. Scroll across until you see Event Categories

  4. Select More Options

  5. A dropdown menu appears

  6. Select Event States Guest Statuses

  7. You arrive on the Manage Event States Guest Statuses page

  8. Select Create Event Statea Guest Status

  9. You arrive on the New Event State Create a Guest Status page

  10. Give your event state Guest Status a name, choose a colour and click Save

  11. You arrive back on the Manage Event States Guest Statuses page.
