Why you may want to use Contact Forms

A charity can An organisation might have several categories of beneficiary contact with whom it helps. For example there might be interacts. E.g.

• Clients

• Stakeholders

• Volunteers

• Children

• Clients' family members e.g. Children, Parents

Therefore the registration form for each category of person contact needs to be different because for the Children, the charity might want there to be fields for
