Custom charts

You can create your own Role Audience (formerly Roles) Movement charts that only include movements between the roles audiences you specify.

  • These custom charts will also appear on the Productivity tab of the Contacts App.

  • They will exist as a pair;

    • an ‘at the time’ version

    • and an ‘ever had’ version.

Steps to view the charts

  1. Select My Apps in the top menu

  2. A ribbon of Apps appears

  3. Select Contacts

  4. You arrive in the Contacts App

  5. Select the Productivity tab

  6. Scroll down to the Contact Audiences (formerly Roles) chart boxes

These two charts appear on the Productivity tab

Ways to use the charts

  • Use the Chart / Table toggle to view the table instead of seeing the chart

  • In Table view: click a blue number to see the names of the contacts whose Role Audience data is contributing to that number

  • The key displays a colour for each Role Audience (or each type of Movement between RolesAudiences)

    • Select a colour in the key to hide that particular Role Audience (or type of Role Audience movement)

    • Select the colour in the key again in order to show it

    • Place your mouse over a colour in the key to focus the chart on that particular Role Audience (or type of movement between RolesAudiences)

  • Press the 3 line ‘burger menu’ in the top right corner of each chart box. You will see options to:

    • View the chart in full screen

    • Download the chart
