There are four parts to setting up survey verdicts.

Steps
Go to the Create/Edit Survey Template page
Add your Multiple Choice Questions to the survey from either Your Organisation Library or from the Public Library
Turn on Verdicts
Once verdicts are turned on, :
an Add Points button appears next to every Multiple Choice Question added to the survey (i.e. shown on the right side)
an Add Points
A popup appears
Create your own set of points or choose an existing set if you have created some already
Press save
Repeat the process for each Multiple Choice Question
Open the Advanced Settings section
In the Formula section,
press Add Component
select number
Enter '1'
press Save
Go to the Verdicts section
In the Verdicts section: enter the Total Score thresholds within which each Verdict falls
popup appears whenever you add a Multiple Choice Question to the survey
Once you have finished adding survey questions and allocating points to their Answer Choices, scroll to the bottom of the page and press Save
You arrive on the Survey Template page
In the Formula box on the left: click Edit
A popup appears
Build the formula
Press Save
