Participating Contacts are contacts that you add to a Managed Progress Board so that they can You can give your contacts login access to Makerble by giving them a Participant Credit

  • Participant Credits allow a contact to login to Makerble and access 1 project for 1 month.

    • You can extend a contact’s access to Makerble and/or give them access to additional projects by purchasing additional Participant Credits.

  • When a contact has a Participant Credit they can:

    • Login to Makerble

    • Post Updates

    • See their own Progress

    • Discover, discuss and share Tips

    • Have a sense of community with other Participating Contacts whom you have added to the board

When you turn a Contact into a Participating Contact, you are allowing that Contact to login to Makerble and access the Managed Progress Board. You will therefore need to provide an email address for each Contact whom you want to turn into a Participating Contact, as they will need an email address and password in order to login.

How it works

  1. Purchase Participant Credits by emailing billing@makerble.com

  2. Invite a contact to become an Active Participant by adding them to a Managed Progress Board

Create a project

Add some goals and sub goals to that project. Ensure that you add a goal and sub goal of each type i.e.

  1. Participation goal

  2. An Outcome goal with

    1. Multipel Choice sub goal (a Scale Indicator )

    2. Tickbox sub goal (a Binary Indicator )

    3. Numerical sub goal (Value Indicator)

Create some beneficiaries and add them to that project

Create a Managed PRogress Board

  1. Add your project to the board

  2. Add the goals and sub goals to the project

  3. Add the contacts you created to the project (you will need to set an Email Address for each contact)

  4. Press Publish

When you do this, the system will turn the beneficiary into an Active Beneficiary. This means that the

email address you added for that beneficiary will now receive an email giving them their own login details for Makerble. I.e., Makerble will create a User Account for that person.

when that person signs in, they will be taken directly to the Progress Board that you added them to

and on the Progress Board they will see all the Goal Cards that relate to the projects they are part of
