You Makerble can calculate Verdicts a score in order to generate a Verdict based on people’s answers to your survey questions

There are four parts to setting up survey verdicts.

Turn on Verdicts for that survey	Allocate points to each survey question’s Answer Choices	Enter the formula used to calculate each person’s score	Assign a verdict to each range of scores

Steps

Go to the Create/Edit Survey Template page
Add your Multiple Choice Questions to the survey from either Your Organisation Library or from the Public Library
Turn on Verdicts
Click the

Once verdicts are turned on:
1. an Add Points button appears next to the every Multiple Choice Questions that will be used to calculate the verdict
  1. A popup appears
  2. Create your own set of points or choose an existing set if you have created some already
  3. Press save
  4. Repeat the process for each Multiple Choice Question
2. Open the Advanced Settings section
3. In the Formula section,

  1. press Add Component
    Image Removed
  2. select number
  3. Enter '1'
  4. press Save
4. In the Verdicts section
  1. enter the Total Score thresholds within which each Verdict falls
5. Question added to the survey (i.e. shown on the right side)
6. an Add Points popup appears whenever you add a Multiple Choice Question to the survey
Once you have finished adding survey questions and allocating points to their Answer Choices, scroll to the bottom of the page and press Save
You arrive on the Survey Template page
In the Formula box on the left: click Edit
A popup appears
Build the formula
Press Save
