The Contact Profile page brings all your information about each contact onto one space. It contains several tabs that unlock additional features. The Summary tab is the first tab you arrive on and contains a variety of added features.

Options you use less often are tucked away in the Tabs
To the right of the Summary tab are the other options you have available to you
Tab | What’s in there |

Email Addresses | Keep track of changes to the contact’s email address and identify the main one to use |
Trends tab | Displays progress over time charts for each outcome, survey question and goal |
Impact Scorecard (previously called Progress) tab | Displays progress towards every outcome and goal related to that contact |
Perspectives To tab | This tab appears when a contact is an observer (witness) to another contact - the tab lists the contacts whom the primary contact is observing |
Perspectives From tab | This tab appears when a contact has one or more observers (witnesses) - the tab lists those observers |
Edit Bio | Edit the contact’s bio - demographics, contact details, communications preferences, consent and more. |
