You can add a contact to a project or change their project status within a project.
In other words, you can:
Add a contact to a project
Remove a contact from a project
Change a contact’s project status on a project e.g. from Waiting List to Enrolled

Select the Move between projects button on the Contact’s profile page
In the popup it will list the projects that exist within the organisation
Select Enrolled in the dropdown list next to each project add the contact to that project
Press Close

2. Remove a contact from a project
Select the Move between projects button on the Contact’s profile page
In the popup it will list the projects that exist within the organisation
If a contact is already within a project, the Remove from project option appears within the dropdown list.
Clicking this will remove the contact from the project.
If the Declined state is enabled on a project, consider whether you wish to fully remove the contact from the project or whether it would be more useful to move them to the Declined state of that project
3. Change a contact’s project status on a project e.g. from Waiting List to Enrolled
Select the Move between projects button on the Contact’s profile page
In the popup it will list the projects that exist within the organisation and it will likely say “Enrolled” in the dropdown list that appears next to the project(s) that the contact is already part of
As long as you have enabled other States on the project, when you open the dropdown list you will see additional options for Waiting List, Alumni and Declined
Select the state you want to move the contact to from the dropdown list next to that project
Press Close
The contact has now been moved to a different state within the project. You will see news of this on the Contact Profile page when you expand their history section.
