You can report on the number of events that each guest has been invited to, their attendance rate and any other metric or fields that you collect in your Post Event Update.

In the Totals columns
The number of times that each contact has been added to an event as a guest (i.e. invited to an event)
The number of times that each contact has been tagged in a story relating to an event (with information stored in that particular Progress Tracker or field)
The % Rate calculated for each Progress Tracker.
In the individual Event columns
Every Progress Tracker that has been added to that event's Attendance Survey
Whether the contact had information recorded in that field of that event’s Attendance Survey

Click the Filters button
The filters overlay appears
Use the filters to find the specific set of events you want to report on and then press Apply
The Guests per Event table displays a column for each event and a row for each contact (guest)
Press the Close button to close the filters
Press the Download button to save the table as a CSV file that you can open as a spreadsheet
