• Once you have turned on Adjusted Wording for your survey, the questions and/or answer choices will automatically adjust based on who is receiving the survey.

• You or your colleagues however must select the correct Wave when sending out the survey for completion.

• Invite Contacts to complete surveys with Adjustable Wording

• Invite Perspective Providers to complete surveys with Adjustable Wording

• Invite Anonymous members of the public to complete surveys with Adjustable Wording

• Invite Colleagues to complete surveys with Adjustable Wording

Steps

1. Go to the Survey Campaign page

2. Select the survey deployment mode you want to use

3. If you are using either of the following options, select the Wave on the Send page

   1. Personalised survey links for Contacts

   2. 360° Feedback survey links for Perspective Providers

4. If you are using the Public Survey Link option

   1. Use the toggle to switch Responses are anonymous to being Enabled

   2. use the Select A Wave dropdown list

      

   3. Copy the link that is generated

5. If you are using any of the Completed by you and your team options:

   1. click the Post Update button as usual

   2. when you arrive on the Complete Survey page, use the Choose A Wave option to select a Wave

      

   3. complete the survey as usual
