Sometimes a contact is added to a project but then the users of the project forgets may forget to add the contact to an event.

• Create Automation (Alert Trigger) when a contact is added to a project but not added to the event.

• Choose the number of days the contact was not invited to the event.

Steps

1. On the Create Automation page, in the Automation Criteria section, you will find three options, IF, IS, and THIS.
   

   

2. In Condition Field 1 (IF), add an item to the dropdown select the option called “days without an event invitation since being added to the project” from the dropdown list.

3. The option greater than or equal to will be displayed in the Condition Field 2 (IS).

4. In Condition 3 (THIS), enter a number.
