From the Assign Contacts to Projects page

  • This screen lets you assign multiple contacts to multiple projects at once

...

  1. Select My Apps in the top menu

  2. Select Contacts

  3. You arrive in the Contacts App

  4. Select More Options in the top right corner

  5. Select Assign contacts to projects

  6. You arrive on the Assign Contacts to Projectsscreen

  7. A row appears for each contact (who is in a project) and a column appears for each project

  8. Use the dropdown button in each cell to assign a contact to a project

  9. Then press Save

From the Manage Contacts page

  1. Select My Apps in the top menu

  2. Select Contacts

  3. You arrive in the Contacts App

    1. The Projects column displays the projects that each contact is in (pink arrow)

      1. When a contact is in no projects, this is blank

      2. When a contact is in 1 project, the column shows the name of the project

      3. When a contact is in more than 1 project, the column shows the number of projects the contact is in and clicking the number shows the names of those projects (purple arrow)

  4. Click the 3 dot menu button next to the contact in the Options column (green arrow)

  5. A dropdown menu appears for that contact

  6. Select Move between projects

  7. A popup appears

  8. The popup lists the projects that exist within the organisation

  9. The dropdown window next to each project displays the state that the contact is in within that project

    1. Not Joined means that the contact is not within that project at all

  10. Click the state dropdown button for the project you want to add the contact to

  11. The Enrolled option appears within the dropdown list.

  12. Select Enrolled

  13. This will add the contact to the project.

  14. Press Close to close the popup
