About One Contact: allows you to complete a survey about a single contact
About many contacts: allows you to complete a survey about multiple contacts
Using anonymous data: allows you to complete a survey in which you simply state the number of people who selected each answer choice rather than tagging individual contacts in the survey response
Completed by others
Perspective Providers: allows different people’s perspectives (those of secondary and related contacts) to be collected about the impact being made on a single contact
Anonymous Responses: allows you to create a generic public link to the survey. Anyone with the link can complete the survey. Responses are not linked to individual contacts in your Contacts App.
Personalised Survey Links for Contacts: allows you to send your contacts a unique survey link either via email or manually. When they complete the survey using this link, their responses are linked to their Contact Profile unless you select Anonymised mode.
