What it means

When a project is permanently deleted, :

  • all the stories created within that project are deleted. This

  • includes survey responses, timeline updates, attendance records, etc.

  • all the events within that project are deleted.

Steps

  1. First of all, follow the steps to close the project you want to delete Close (Archive) a project

  2. Once the project has been closed, select the More in the top menu

  4. Select Control Panel

  6. Select the Closed Projects button

  7. You arrive on the Closed Projects page

  8. Press the Permanently Delete Project button to delete the project
