There are two types of target:

Type of target

What it means

All Time

Each Progress Tracker on your album has one target.

  • You could think of this as a success measure of your album over all time.

  • E.g. if through your album you want to educate 10,000 children, you could set an All Time target of 10,000 against the Children Educated progress tracker.

PeriodicDeadline-Album

You start by setting an End Date for each period.

  • You set the End Dates manually, so if you want to report monthly, quarterly or on a more ad-hoc basis, you can.

  • E.g. if you want to educate 100 children in Q1, 110 children in Q2, 130 children in Q3, etc.

Info

When entering Periodic targets, set the number you want to achieve within that period, not the cumulative amount that you want to have achieved by the end of that period including the previous periods.

Makerble automatically calculates the cumulative progress and targets for you.

    2. When setting targets for each Deadline (End Date), enter the actual figure for that ‘period’, rather than the cumulative figure. (This is because Makerble will automatically calculate the cumulative figure for that period)

    3. A ‘period’ is the time between each deadline column

  12. If for progress tracking purposes your year starts on a date other than 1st January, use the Year Start Date to pick an alternative date to start your year on

  13. Either type in the new date or use the Date Picker by clicking the calendar icon

  14. Scroll to the bottom and press save once you have finished adding Targets and Deadlines
