You can add one or more Flags to a contact based on the Flags that your organisation has created.

Steps

  1. Go to the Contact Profile page of the contact you want to add a flag to

  2. Scroll down until you see the Flags box on the left side

  3. Press the Add a Flag button

  4. This allows you to select a type of Flag

  5. Choose it and enter a description that outlines why this Flag is being assigned to this contact

  6. Press save

  7. The flag now exists on that Contact and will appear next to the name of the contact on the

    2. Event pages
