If you are writing your own Survey Templates, you can enable verdicts to be calculated based on people’s responses: Use points to calculate survey Turn on Verdicts

Steps

  1. Go to the Contact Profile Page of the person who you want to see the survey verdict of

  2. Scroll down to the Surveys box

  3. Within the surveys box is the name of each Survey that has been completed for or by that contact

  4. It displays:

    1. The date of the survey

    is displayed as is the Verdict

    1. response

    2. The score which generated that response is also displayed

    3. The verdict

  5. Click View it to go to the survey response story
