Turn on Verdicts for that survey	Allocate points to each survey question’s Answer Choices	Enter the formula used to calculate each person’s score	Assign a verdict to each range of scores

Steps

Open Go to the Edit Survey page of the survey you want to calculate verdicts for (or stay on the Create Survey page if you are continuing from Part 2 and you have not yet pressed Save)
Scroll down to the bottom of the page
Press the text that says Advanced to open the Advanced Settings section
In the Formula section, press the Add Component button
press Add Component
This causes a popup to load

Within the popup: select
number
Number
Enter
Then enter '1'
Then press Save
Go to the Verdicts section
Image Removed
In the Verdicts section: enter the Total Score thresholds within which each Verdict fallsin the popup
The popup closes
Scroll to the bottom of the page and press Save
You arrive on the Survey Template page
In the Formula box on the left: click Edit
A popup appears
Build the formula
Press Save
