You can access a variety of filters from the Filter Analytics button on the Analyse tab of the Survey Campaign page

Types of filter
What it is filtering | Filter name | What it does |
---|---|---|
The Response (Story) | Date Happened | Lets you filter the survey responses according to the Date the activity happened which is an optional date field that is manually completed when the survey response is entered. (Date Happened is used when people need to backdate their survey responses) |
The Response (Story) | Date Posted | Lets you filter survey responses according to the date that the survey response was entered. |
The Response (Story) | Labels | Lets you filter survey responses according to the Labels they have been tagged with |
The Contact | Groups | Lets you filter survey responses to only include survey responses from contacts who are in specific Contact Groups |
The Contact | Contact Category Fields | Lets you filter survey responses to only include survey responses from contacts who have specific characteristics as shown on their Contact Profile Page Bio section (i.e. based on the fields in their Contact Forms) |
The Contact | Contact Form Fields | Lets you filter survey responses to only include survey responses from contacts who have specific characteristics as shown on their Contact Profile Page Bio section (i.e. based on the fields in their Contact Forms - where the forms are Custom Forms for Contacts) |

Steps
Go to the Survey Campaign page of the survey you want to analyse on a particular project
Select the Analyse tab
You arrive on the Survey Analytics page for that Survey Campaign
Press the Filter Analytics button
An overlay appears on the right side
Press the down arrows to open up each set of filters
Select the criteria you want to use to filter the survey responses
Press Apply
The charts on the page will update based on the criteria you have chosen
