To view a custom table of Contacts, either

you need to create a Custom View first
or one of your colleagues needs to create a Custom View with the owner set as the Organisation

Steps

Go to the Contacts App
Open the Select view dropdown list which is on the right side at the top of the table
Choose the View you want to use
The page updates to display the columns for the View you have chosen
