This tab displays a table of question responses.

  • This means that one person’s survey response may appear on several rows if they answered more than one question within the survey

tab is a tab on the Survey Campaign page. It displays the responses from a single survey used on a single project.

Steps

To get to the Table of Responses tab of the Survey Campaign page

  1. Go to the Survey Campaign page of the survey on the project you want to analyse results for (Access a Survey Campaign )

  2. You arrive on the Start tab

How It Works

There are two sections on the page

  • Responses to each question

  • Averages for each outcome

This table powers the calculations that populate the Spider Plot Outcome Charts.

Steps

  1. Start by choosing the contact whom you want to analyse and the specific question that you want to see answers too

  2. The table updates to show a row for each response to that question. There can be multiple rows if:

    1. there are multiple Respondent Types who have answered this question for that contact, e.g.

      1. Colleague

      2. the Contact themselves

      3. one or more Witnesses

      4. the survey was completed as part of a Referral Form

    2. the question has been completed by the same Respondent on multiple occasions, e.g. if you are doing Pre- and Post-programme surveys

  3. You can download each table as a csv file
