Go to My Apps in the top menu

Select Lists

You arrive on the Manage Lists page

This displays the Lists that are owned by you or your organisation

From here you can click the Edit button next to a List to edit that list

When you click edit you arrive on the Edit List page

Press the Add Item button to add a new item to the list

In the Priority field below each item, enter a number. This determines which order that item will appear within the list.

No two items can have the same number

Numbers should increase sequentially from “1” although they do not need to be listed in order
