You can see the Verdict that each respondent achieved based on their survey results. This is useful for surveys such as the GAD7 and PHQ9.

Survey Verdicts are displayed in several places on your platform:
On the Summary tab of the story page for the survey response
In the Surveys box of the Contact Profile page of each respondent
On the Verdicts tab of the Survey Campaign page
On the Summary tab of the story page
If Verdicts are enabled on your Survey, you will see an extra box on the Summary tab that displays the Verdict for each respondent whose responses are in that story

Scroll down to the Surveys box to see that contact’s verdicts and the score which generated that response.
Click View it to go to the survey response story

Steps
Go to the Survey Campaign page for that Survey on a particular Project
Select the Verdicts tab
Each of the contacts are displayed on the left column
Additional columns display each of their responses and the verdict that was calculated
