You have to be an Organisation Admin to create and edit Contact Roles

Steps

  • Go to the My Apps menu

  • Select Contacts

  • Go to the More Options menu on the Contacts page

  • Select Contact roles

  • From here you can create, edit and delete Contact Roles

  • Now when you go to a Contact Profile page, you will see a box on the left side called Roles. From here you can give a contract one or more roles
