Before you can invite Perspective Providers to complete surveys with Adjusted Personalised Wording, you have to turn on Personalised Wording for Survey Questions & Answer Choices

Steps

  1. Go to the Survey Campaign page

  2. Press the Send Survey button beneath Gain different perspectives on each contact’s progress

  3. You arrive on the Send 360° Feedback Survey page

  4. Unless you are doing a retrospective baseline or another type of survey in which you need to display two sets of questions at once, leave the Enable side by side mode checkbox unticked

  5. Select the Wave

  6. Continue to send the survey as normal, i.e.

    1. Select existing contacts:

      1. choose the contacts whose Perspective Providers you want to send the survey to

      2. You arrive in the Perspective Providers Popup for the contact you selected

      3. If you want to generate a list of Unique Links for each Perspective Providing respondent (rather than sending them the survey via email), tick the Send all unique survey links manually checkbox

      4. If there are new Perspective Providers you wish to include at this stage, enter their email address in the Enter name or Email address field. Note: the Name search is filtered to only display organisation contacts who have an email address

      5. Press the Select checkbox next to every Perspective Provider whom you’d like to send the survey to

      6. Press save to close the popup

    2. You arrive back on the 360° Survey page with the Survey distribution list box updated to show the Perspective Providers you selected

    3. Optionally add a message and one or more reminder messages

    4. Then press Send Surveys to send the surveys to the Perspective Providers
