Success Scores show you the progress and improvement you’ve made.

Meet the Success Scores

Requirements

  • When a user clicks the title of a card that is a Scale Indicator (Multiple Choice Tracker) and the Card Popup Launches.

  • A box on the far-right side of the horizontal scrollbar called Success Scores which ONLY appears if the Scale Indicator’s success direction setting is either Top to bottom or Bottom to top.

  • If it is Not Applicable, the Success Scores box will not appear.

% Have Improved

  • Shows you the proportion of your participants who have made any kind of improvement

  • It’s calculated by reviewing the Distance Travelled Journey of every participant and then identifying only those where their final response is better than their first response.

  • How do I see it?

    • Go to a Progress Board containing the Multiple Choice Tracker (How to do this)

    • Click the title of the card on a Progress Board

    • Then scroll across to the right until you see the Distance Travelled Summaries

% Of The Way There

  • Shows you how close you are to all of your participants achieving the most successful answer to the Multiple Choice Question

  • It’s the mean average of the most recent answers from your participants

  • How do I see it?

    • Tap the 7th Circle on the Card

  • Your % Of The Way There score will appear

Average Improvement

  • Shows you the Mean Average Improvement made by your participants

  • It’s calculated by seeing the difference between each participant’s first and final response and then working out the mean average across all of them

  • How do I see it?

    • Tap the 6th Circle on the card

Net Improvement

  • Shows you the sum of all the improvements that your participants have made

  • It’s calculated by looking at the difference between the first and final response of all your participants; and then adding those improvements together to give you the total.

  • How do I see it?

    • Tap the 5th Circle on the card
