You can access the Helpdesk portal to see the status of your tickets.

Steps

  1. Select More in the top menu

  2. A dropdown menu appears

  3. Select Request Support

  4. A new tab opens with a view of your personal Helpdesk portal.

    1. If you have not visited for a while you might see the Login button which means you need to login first)

      1. Select Login and follow these steps to login

    2. If you have never logged into the Helpdesk before, click Login and then click Sign up and follow these steps to sign up

  5. Click Requests to see your tickets

    1. All will show you tickets catalogued as coming from colleagues in your organisation

  6. Your tickets are displayed

  7. Select a ticket to see more information and respond to the Makerble Agent assigned to your ticket

  8. From here you can

    1. Respond by adding a comment

    2. Close the ticket by marking it as Done, Resolved or Cancelled
