You can submit a ticket through the Helpdesk portal.

Steps

  1. Select More in the top menu

  2. A dropdown menu appears

  3. Select Request Support

  4. A new tab opens with a view of your Helpdesk portal

  5. Select Technical support

  6. On the Technical Support page you can enter the details of your request and then press Send. Makerble will also suggest Helpdesk articles that might help resolve your query.
