Only an Organisation Admin can turn on the Email Messaging app within an organisation
Note: You are charged £0.001 for each email message sent and received.
Before you can turn on Email Messaging, the following things must be done:
You must have at least one field in a Contact Form that is used to store email addresses
There must be at least one contact that has that email address field populated
Steps
Select My Apps in the top menu
Select Control Panel
Scroll down to Account section and select Preferences
Tick the Activate Email Messaging tick box
A text box appears called Select fields to use for Email Messaging with Contacts
In this box, select the field(s) you’re using to store people’s email addresses. You can select multiple fields.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and press Save.
You arrive back on your Control Panel.
Email Messaging is now enabled on your organisation.
