Toggle automatic creation of Progress Boards for a project's Survey Campaigns

Makerble can automatically create a Survey-results Progress Board for each survey used on a particular project.

  • The Project Managers of the project will be added to the Board as Board Admins

  • The name of the Board will be “[Survey] on [Project]”

Steps

Depending when your project was created, this setting could be on or off by default.

  1. Go to the Project Preferences page of the project you want to turn this setting on or off for

  2. Find the setting “Create a board for every survey used on this project”

  3. Use the checkbox to turn this setting on or off

  4. Scroll to the bottom and press Save

How it works

The first time that you turn this setting on for each project, Makerble will do the following:

  1. Detect the surveys that are used on the project

  2. And create a Progress Board for each Survey used on the project.

  3. Then from that point on: any new surveys that are added to the project will automatically have a Progress Board created for them too
