Organisation Preferences is where you can adjust settings that apply across your organisation.
Several features have to be enabled from Organisation Preferences. E.g.
Contact Numbering
SMS Messaging
Email Messaging
Skills
Contact Flags
Signposting
Referral Pages

How to access Organisation Preferences
Go to More in the top menu
Select Control Panel
Scroll down until you see Preferences
Click the button
You arrive on Organisation Preferences
From here you can edit a range of settings
Once done, press Save at the bottom of the page
You are then returned to the Control Panel
