You can see whether a user is Organisation-controlled or not

Steps

  1. Go to your organisation’s Colleagues page. You can get there by

    1. Clicking More in the top menu

    2. Selecting Control Panel

    3. Pressing the Colleagues button

  2. You arrive on the Colleagues page

  3. If in the Account Owner column it says

    1. Organisation next to that user’s name, it means that the user is Organisation-Controlled.

    2. User next to that user’s name, it means that the user is User-Controlled.

  4. If there is not an Account Owner column displayed, it means that Organisation-controlled Users has not been enabled for your organisation. Follow these steps to enable it.
