Find help directly by searching the library of Helpdesk articles
Steps to login
Select More in the top menu
A dropdown menu appears
Select Request Support
A new tab opens with a view of the public porta
Select Login
You arrive in your portal where you can see the status and conversation history of your tickets as well as create new ones
