You can login to your Personal Helpdesk portal. Once inside you can

  • See the status of your tickets

  • Submit new ones

  • Find help directly by searching the library of Helpdesk articles

Steps to login

  1. Select More in the top menu

  2. A dropdown menu appears

  3. Select Request Support

  4. A new tab opens with a view of the public porta

  5. Select Login

  6. You arrive in your portal where you can see the status and conversation history of your tickets as well as create new ones
