You can deactivate users in your organisation. This is a manual process composed of four stages:
Disable emails
Change name
Change email address
Change password

Requirements
A user must be Organisation-controlled before you can deactivate them. How to see whether a user is Organisation-controlled.
If a user you want to deactivate is not Organisation-controlled and making them Organisation-controlled is not an option (because, for example, their User Account is linked to several organisations), you can instead revoke their access to your organisation’s content.
Go to the Colleagues page. You can get there by

The user you want to deactivate must have Organisation written in the Account Owner column.
If they do not have Organisation written next to their name, then you must follow these steps to request that they be switched over to being Organisation-controlled.
Only continue to the next step once the user has Organisation next to their name
Press the Manage Colleagues button
In the Email Notifications column, select Disabled in the dropdown list for the user you want to deactivate
Scroll to the bottom and press Save
You arrive back on the Colleagues page
Press the Edit Profile button in the row of the user you want to deactivate
You arrive on the Edit User Profile page for that colleague.
Add the prefix “ZZZ” to the start of their First name
Add the suffix “(Deactivated)” at the end of their Last name
Scroll to the bottom and press Save
Select the Email Address tab
Change the email address to a unique redundant email address such as deactivated-makerble-user-ddjdj2g272@organisation.org
Press Save.
This means that the user will no longer be able to sign in with their original email address and they will not be able to get a password reminder by using Forgotten Password.
Select the Password tab
Change the password to a new password - it must be be at least 8 characters long and contain a capital letter, a number and a symbol
Press Save
If you want to assign the App Licences of the deactivated user to a new user, send an email to billing@makerble.com stating the new name of the Deactivated User and the email address of the New User to whom you want to transfer the App Licences.
