There are two ways to create a contact from your mobile phone

• from the Lower Menu

• from the Contacts App

Steps

From the Lower Menu

1. Press the New button in the Lower Menu

2. A row of buttons appear.

3. Press the option that looks like a person

4. You arrive on the Create a Contact screen

5. Press the Choose a Project dropdown list

6. A list of projects appears

7. Enter the name of the project you want to create the contact within (you can always add them to another project later if you need to)

8. If your selected project has several Contact Forms associated with it, you will be prompted to select which one to use to create the contact

9. If your selected Contact Form has several Contact Types associated with it, you will be prompted to select the kind of contact you want to create (i.e. a Person, Organisation, Animal or Object)

10. Now the rest of the Contact Form will load

11. Fill in the form

12. Any fields with an asterisk next to them are compulsory

13. Scroll to the bottom and press Save

From the Contacts App

1. Press the Contacts button in the Lower Menu

2. You arrive in the Contacts App

3. Press the Make a Contact button

4. You arrive on the Create a Contact screen

5. Press the Choose a Project dropdown list
