View, filter and download timesheets
You can see a table of all the timesheets that have been created
Timesheets are not available by default. You must enable Timesheets first. There are two types of timesheet:

To access your Timesheets:
Route 1:
Select Scheduling your Side Menu
Select Reports
Select Timesheets
Route 2:
Select My Apps in your Top Menu
Select Timesheets
You arrive on the Timesheets page
There are three tabs:
Colleagues - this shows timesheets recording the time spent by your colleagues e.g. on a case, at an event, on a task or while writing a story/survey response
Contacts - this shows timesheets recording the time spent on a particular contact - this might be the time that a contact spent at an event
Stats - this provides a summary of the total time spent by each colleague and by each contact.
Select the tab you want to view.
By default the system displays timesheets from the last 7 days but you can widen the range of timesheets being displayed by using Timesheet Filters.
Click on the Timesheet Filters and filter the timesheets by
Colleagues
Contacts
Events
Event Categories
Projects
Date Range
You have access to a predefined list of commonly used date ranges like
Today
Last 7 days
Next 7 days etc.
You still have the option to manually choose the desired start and end dates using the Custom Range.
To download your timesheet, click the Download button in the top right corner. Your Timesheets spreadsheet will become available for download from your Downloads page. To get there:
Select Settings in your Side Menu
Select Data In & Out
Select Downloads
