A project I work on is deleted

This sends a courtesy email notifying you that the Project Manager of your project or Organisation Admin has deleted a project that you were a Project Colleague of. It is likely that your colleague will notify you of this by other means if they need to do this and feel it is relevant to you, so this is a notification that can be disabled.

I have been made the owner of a metric

This notification is useful if you are using Makerble Teams and assigning specific Outcomes and Progress Trackers to Team Leaders and Team Members. If you are not using Makerble Teams, you can turn this notification off as it is unlikely that you will be assigned a Progress Tracker by a colleague and in the event that you are, it is good practice for them to notifiy you of that via other means.

the deadline for one of my project goals is 7 days away

This notification is useful if you have set Targets for your projects' Progress Trackers. Makerble will generate an email ahead of each upcoming Target Deadline to let you know how you are doing towards your target based on the progress logged so far on that Progress Tracker.

Someone tags me

People can tag you in a comment and occasionally within a post. This usually happens when people want to discuss an Update or Tip with you that you did not write and which you have not already commented on. Therefore this is a useful notification that we recommend you keep on.

A Relationship between a contact and I is created or edited

Some of our clients use Relationships as a way of assigning contacts to individual members of staff, e.g. as an Assigned Keyworker. The Assigned Keyworker is a user. If you are someone who is likely to be assigned Relationships in this way, you should keep this notification switched on.

Enable weekly tips newsletter

The Weekly Tips newsletter sends you newly created Tips by your colleagues. If your colleagues have not created any tips, you will not receive the newsletter. Therefore this is a useful email notification as you will only receive it when there is content that could be relevant to you and your day to day work.

Once your contacts have been imported into Makerble, keep this notification turned on if you are responsible for managing referrals. This notification alerts you of internal and external referrals.
