Add a contact form and states to a project

This article outline how you can

  • add states to a project

  • add Contact Forms to a project

 

The four states

A project can have up to four states:

  • Waiting List

  • Enrolled

  • Alumni

  • Declined

By default, only the Enrolled state is enabled

 

Steps to turn on states and add Contact Forms to a project

  1. Go to the Project Preferences page

  2. In the Contact forms to use on this project field, type in the names of the Contact Forms that you want to be associated with the project. (This means that when somebody is creating a contact within this project, they will be prompted to create the contact using one of the Contact Forms you are adding into this field)

  3. To enable states, scroll down to the states section and tick the options to enable the additional states

  4. Before you can press Save, you might be prompted to select a Contact Form to assign to the Enrolled state. Select any Contact Form.

  5. Press Save
