Productivity Trends tab on the Manage Contacts page
Visualise the extent of your reach
See how many contacts you’ve created and interacted with across your organisation as a whole and on individual projects
Filter your results to see stats for specific segments - e.g. only contacts with certain characteristics
Track the number of inbound referrals, outbound signposts and populations in each role

Go to the Productivity tab within the Contacts App

From your Side Menu: Select CRM → Contacts → Reports → Productivity
From your top navbar: Select My Apps → Contacts → then choose the Productivity tab
You’ll see a variety of Result Cards
There are three views of each card
Bar Chart
Pie Chart
Table
A bar chart will load by default and you can choose other options as per your preference for a chart
Click on the Pie chart or Table to view the other charts.
To filter the results, press Filter Contacts - e.g. to only see the results from people who have attended sessions a minimum of 3 times:
Press the Filter Contacts button
Select the criteria you want to filter by (To find out how to use the Contact Filters, read this article)
You can select states, projects, or any other filter you need to makePress Apply
Now, all the charts will show the filtered information.
Download a chart or dataset
Select the 'burger menu' button in the top right of each Results box
A dropdown menu appears, you can select a download option to save the chart to your device

See month-by-month progress relating to the number of
Contact records created each month (e.g. new referrals)
Contacts interacted with each month (e.g. attending meetings, completing surveys)
