You can delete a master survey as long as it has zero survey responses.

1. In your Side Menu select Surveys → Master Surveys

2. Check that it shows your organisation’s name in the dropdown

3. Scroll down to Surveys owned by your organisation

4. Click Actions within the card for a survey and click Delete

   1. If there are survey responses you’ll see a message informing you that you can’t delete the survey. (Delete a Story or survey responsePreview )

   2. If you are able to delete the survey, the survey will be deleted

You can deactivate one or more survey campaigns that are based on a master survey. This means that

• the Survey Campaign will be hidden from view - helping you stay organised

• no more survey responses can be collected

• existing survey responses remain saved and available for reporting and analysis

• Delete a Story or survey responsePreview
