You can deactivate and reactivate a Contact Bio Form.

• Deactivating (click Stop using this form) means that it the Contact Bio Form can no longer be assigned to additional projects but it does not affect the projects which it is already assigned to or the contacts which already use that Contact Bio Form. If you want to remove a Contact Bio Form from existing projects, follow these steps instead Remove a Contact Form from a project

Step by step instructions

1. In your Side Menu select Settings → Templates/Designer → Forms

2. You arrive on your Forms for Contacts page

3. Click Actions next to the Contact Bio Form you’d like to stop using and click Stop using this form

4. If you want to allow this Contact Form to be added to projects once again, click Start using this form
