If you use Date fields you can create automations that detect the following:

• whether that contact’s date matches a specific date

• the amount of time that has passed since that date - e.g. to send a survey to someone who graduated your programme 12 months ago

• the amount of time that there is until that date

Open

1. Select Create in the top menu → choose Automation: Contacts

2. Choose your project

3. In the Automation Criteria

   1. pick the date

   2. choose the operator

   3. then enter the details - e.g. the amount of time before today

      Open

      

4. Then add the automation actions that are relevant and press Save
