Permanently delete the Training Project

If your organisation has the Training project turned on, you must turn it off before it can be deleted

High level process

  1. Turn off the training project

  2. Close the training project

  3. Delete the training project

Individual steps

  1. If you are an Organisation Admin, go to your Organisation's Preferences page

  2. Scroll down to the Onboarding section

  3. Untick the option Training project checkbox

  4. Press save

  5. Now go to the training project by pressing Home in the top menu, press Show All in the Projects box on the left side. When the training project appears, select it

  6. Follow the instructions to delete the project: Permanently delete a project

    1. You arrive on the project page

    2. Press the More Options button in the cover section

    3. In the dropdown menu select Close Project

    4. A confirmation box appears. Press ok.

    5. Now the project is closed, press the Permanently Delete this project button

    6. A confirmation box appears. Press ok.

    7. The training project is now deleted
