As an Organisation Admin you can disable the Google-Makerble integration across your organisation.
This means you will no longer be able to do the following unless you reconnect the integration later.
Use Gmail to communicate with contacts from within Makerble
within Makerble: see Gmail emails you have sent to contacts
within Makerble: see Gmail emails that colleagues have sent to contacts
within Makerble: send Gmail emails to contacts
Upload files saved in Google Drive to contacts, stories and survey responses in Makerble
How to disable the Makerble Google integration
Select More in the top menu
Select Control Panel
Select Integrations
You’ll see a page called Apps
Select Remove Google account
Follow the steps
That’s it
