To update the success direction for multiple-choice trackers in a survey follow the steps below.

Step by step guide:-

1. Access the Surveys App

   1. Select My Apps in the top menu and select Surveys.
      
      

2. Open

   

   Then click on the survey in which the success direction for the multiple choice tracker (indicator) has to be updated.
   
   

    

3. Click on the Linked Indicator of the metric

    

4. Then click on More Options and click on Edit and from the popup select Edit Anyway.

5. Choose the best answer for the indicator under 'What does success look like?' Ensure you select at least one Outcome. If you're unsure, you can also pick Impact Store Testing's first outcome.
   Then click on Save Changes.
