10 Consolidate the reporting requirements

CONSOLIDATE THE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS 10

As the Metrics per Project table might have been filled in by several people, there might be duplicate rows of metrics. We will sort the rows and remove the duplicates.

If there are any metrics that get their data from Forms and Surveys that have not been mentioned so far, those Forms and Surveys will need to be added to the Participant Journey Flow Diagrams
