You can add contacts from another project to an event as guests

How it works

• Click the Add/Remove Guests button as usual

• The Known Contacts list will still only list the contacts who are in the project that is hosting the event

  Open

  

• But when you start to search for contacts, you will see contacts who are not in that project

• You can add them to the event as a guest

• This will also automatically add them to the project that is hosting the event
